Katrina Scahill

Katrina has a wealth of private practice experience having worked in this space for over 15 years. Katrina completed her physiotherapy studies at the University of Qld, later completing a Master of Musculoskeletal Studies at the University of Western Australia. She is passionate about helping people return to doing the things they enjoy, and has a special interest in keeping older patients active and pain free.

She has a warm, supportive, hands-on approach to treatment. Katrina approaches your care wholistically, addressing strength, exercise, and lifestyle factors as needed to help you become painfree and stay that way. 

As well as her private practice experience she has worked in the public and private hospital system, managing post-surgical clients (orthopaedics and neurological) and those with chronic heart and lung conditions. She is lifelong learner, completing a Graduate Certificate in Food, Nutrition and Health from University College Dublin in 2021.  She is currently completing a research masters at Griffith University in Parkinson’s Disease, researching the benefits of a Parkinson's Disease education program for persons with Parkinson's and their care partners.
