3 quick things to help with your Back Pain
The social distancing measures in place here in Australia have meant that a lot of people are moving less and sitting more. This has led to an increase in lower back pain. In this video blog, I share a couple of quick back care exercises that you can do to help break up the stiffness from all of that sitting.
